Fruit Protection Net 1m

Our original Fruit Protection Net has proved very popular with people who have mature fruit trees. The new Fruit Protection Net is a smaller version geared to those with young trees, fruit bushes and dwarf fruit tree varieties.
With smaller and smaller gardens and container gardening becoming a trend this new Fruit Protection Net is perfect for small space and urban gardeners. There is also a whole host of new gardeners and allotment holders with young fruit trees who need this product.
The Fruit Protector works at both ends of the season. It protects new growth, flowers and buds in the Spring when they are vulnerable to frost. The 1mm mesh size of the Fruit Protection Net is large enough to let in moisture and sunlight but protects flowers and fruits from harsh rainfall and hail. It needs to be removed to uncover fruit trees once the flowers are set to allow access to pollinating insects. But then it can be put back on to protect the fruit later in the year. The mesh size is small enough to prevent birds, bats and other unsuspecting wildlife from becoming entangled in it.
